Ferrari has recast selected body panels as design objects, preserving the sketch marks and written notes associated with chief design officer Flavio Manzoni. The pieces put the visual language of the studio — normally hidden beneath a finished car's surfaces — on display.
The treatment shifts attention from the final vehicle to the process behind it. Lines, annotations and other working traces turn the panels into records of how a form develops before it reaches production or a public unveiling.
For a marque whose design identity is inseparable from its commercial appeal, the presentation also turns Ferrari's creative process into a collectible expression of the brand. Rather than presenting bodywork solely as a functional exterior component, the project frames it as an artefact in its own right.
The panels and their Manzoni markings were reported by Carscoops. The concept underlines the value Ferrari places on authorship and hand-drawn design work even as automotive development becomes increasingly digital.
