The $400 GTA VI Vice City Collection does not include a copy of the game, according to a report by Carscoops.
Instead, the package contains merchandise and accessories. The listed contents include sunglasses, stickers and a cap, alongside further items in the collection.
The omission is central to the offer: the collection is a standalone merchandise purchase rather than a game edition bundled with physical extras.
Prospective buyers should therefore distinguish between the $400 collector package and the separate purchase needed to obtain GTA VI itself.
